Please read these Terms carefully. They form a binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and Wild Soul Magick (Kate Yvonne Parfrement). By booking a session, journey, or digital offering with me, you agree to the following sacred terms. These terms exist to protect both of us, honour our energetic exchange, and create a container of trust, clarity, and respect.
✨ Scope of Services
- Readings: Oracle and past life readings are for guidance, reflection, and insight only. They do not guarantee outcomes and are not predictive fortune telling.
- Alignment Journeys (90-Day & 6-Month): These journeys include a set number of private sessions, between-session practices, and access to designated resources. Support is limited to what is agreed (e.g., email check-ins if offered). Anything outside of this may require an additional fee.
- Digital Resources / Library Access: Any journals, rituals, PDFs, or recordings provided are for your personal use only. They may not be shared, copied, or resold.
🌀 Personal Responsibility & Outcomes
- All services are for spiritual and personal growth purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, psychological, or legal advice.
- Transformation depends on your engagement and actions. I do not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or results.
- You remain responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing throughout the process.
🌙 Refunds, Rescheduling & Cancellations
- All sales are final. No refunds are offered once a booking is made or a digital product accessed.
- Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed or late sessions without notice are forfeited.
- Emergency or expedited sessions may be offered at my discretion with an additional fee.
✨ Confidentiality & Session Content
- Everything shared in session is held in strict confidence.
- If a session is recorded (audio/video), it will only be done with mutual consent. Recordings are for your personal use and remain the property of Wild Soul Magick.
- Any custom-created materials (rituals, readings, reports) remain my intellectual property and are for your personal spiritual use only.
🌀 Intellectual Property
- All content, including but not limited to the Wild Soul Method™, rituals, digital products, PDFs, and session frameworks, is the intellectual property of Wild Soul Magick.
- You may not copy, distribute, publish, resell, or create derivative works from my content without written permission.
🌙 Limitations & Disclaimers
- Services are only available to clients aged 18 or over.
- I do not offer readings on pregnancy, health diagnosis, or death.
- Sessions are not a substitute for therapy. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, I recommend seeking support from a licensed professional.
- I am not liable for any decisions you make based on our work together.
✨ Force Majeure
I am not responsible for any failure to perform services due to events beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, power outages, or technology failures. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled.
🌀 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to UK jurisdiction.
🌙 Updates to Terms
Wild Soul Magick reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on my website, and your continued booking of services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
